A. Yes! You can upgrade at any point in time to a different plan.

Q. What are sites?

A. Sites refer to the physical locations or branches of your business. Our rental fee is charged per site, and allows as many users as you want to use ChiDesk.

Q. How does the 14-day trial work?

A. Use the sign-up form to quickly create a new account. You'll have instant access to all ChiDesk features for 14 days. There's no need to provide any payment details at this point in time.

Q. What happens when my trial period ends?

A. Our support team will contact you to discuss your payment options before your trial expires. International clients can pay using Paddle, whilst clients located in South Africa can sign up for a monthly debit order.

Q. I have multiple sites, am I eligible for a discount?

A. We offer great discounts on multiple site subscriptions. Contact our support team to let us know your personal requirements.
